Training Schedule
In preparation for this event, we encourage all children to engage in moderate to vigorous physical activity for 30-60 minutes each day outside of school. We ask students to:
Please keep in mind that your children rotate specials classes on only have PE every 4th rotation. Certainly I would encourage all families to walk and/or run together. Everyone stays healthy when they exercise!
- Practice running/walking starting at 5 minutes a day at school or with family at home.
- Work up to 10-15 minutes of continuous walk/running per day
